Rebecca has been passionate about singing since she was a child and starting taking voice lessons at the age of 13. She started singing at weddings and events from the age of 15 and now has a thriving business as a wedding and event singer. Over the past ten years she has graced the stage of prestigious venues including The Royal Albert Hall and Her Majesty's Theatre in London's West End, as well as twice winning a place in The National Youth Music Theatre supported by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber during her teens. While at university Rebecca began street performing, singing at locations around the UK and selling several hundred CDs. This has enabled her to develop a style that is accessible to the public, not just opera fans, and helped her to gain confidence in talking to the audience between songs.
Rebecca has an attractive classical voice with a natural quality making her a very approachable performer with the ability to engage with the public, whether she's singing operatic Italian or something from the musicals. Rebecca has also branched out into Swing-Jazz and performs many old favourites with her five piece band at weddings and events. Read more....
