Rebecca
is a light classical soprano specialising in the classical-crossover
genre, but also branching out into other styles including pop and jazz.
She regularly performs at private events, weddings and corporate events
across the UK since launching herself as a professional singer over 4
years ago.
She has recently provided vocals for the new Hammer Horror film, soon to be released through Endemol. Over the years Rebecca's voice has seen her twice win a place with The National Youth Music Theatre (supported by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber) for 'Warchild' 1997 and 'Creation' (1999). She even graced the stage of The Royal Albert Hall for the Cancer Research 75th Anniversary Concert. The latest venture centres around the promotion of her new album, 'Cantare', her first professional CD, which is partly to support her in her musical development but also to raise money for Childline, a charity Rebecca feels very passionate about. She will be touring the UK, visting city centres, shopping centres, social/sports clubs and theatres between October 2008 and December 2009. Click here to read on...
